Download the file and double click on it. A window should pop asking you if you want to install the skin. OR Open winamp, hit Alt+S, click on “Browse skin directory”, select the folder where you saved the skin. Note that you could also save the skin directly into the default folder (C > Program Files> Winamp > Skins).
